Molino Soncini Cesare Cake Line type-00 flour for Cake 200g
extra-virgin olive oil, or sunflower oil200g
bitter cocoa powder30g
cake yeast1 sachet

Ingredients for the filling/topping


Whisk the egg and the sugar together in a small pot until they double in volume. Sift the Molino Soncini Cesare cake flour, together with the cocoa and the yeast, in a separate pot. Add the oil and milk to the egg mix, and then the flour mix, mixing it well.
Pour into a 26cm buttered and floured baking tray, and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
