Gluten- and lactose-free muffins

Ingredients
Molino Soncini Cesare Lactose-free Soft Cake Mix500g
sunflower oil250g
eggs4

Ingredients for the filling/topping

add gluten-free chocolate drops or any other topping ingredients as you wish

Recipe:

Use an electric whisk to work together all the ingredients for two minutes at medium-high speed. Pour the mixture into buttered/oiled muffin molds, add any additional toppings you have chosen and bake for 20-25 minutes at 200°C.
