Molino Soncini Cesare stone-milled Rice flour150g
almond flour100g
icing sugar200g
candied red cherries, plus one green one12
medium-sized eggs4
milka few spoonfuls, if needed

Ingredients for the filling/topping


Whisk the butter and icing sugar together until they form a paste, add the eggs one at a time, then adding the rice flour, and after then the almond flour: stir it all together (add a little of the milk if it becomes too dense).
Pour half into a 20cm baking tray, with a green cherry in the middle, pour the rest of the mix over it and add the rest of the cherries. Bake at 180°C for around 40 minutes.
