Molino Soncini Cesare Cake Line flour for Frolla200 g
extra-virgin olive oil (or sunflower if you prefer)200g
bitter cocoa30g
yeast1 sachet

Ingredients for the filling/topping


Whisk the eggs with the sugar in a pot until they double in volume. In another pot, sift the flour and add the cocoa and the yeast. Add the oil and milk to the egg/sugar mix, and now add the worked flour mix as well. Work it all together, and pour the lot into a 26cm buttered and floured baking tray. Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
