Lactose-free chocolate drop cake
|Molino Soncini Cesare Lactose-free Soft Cake Mix||450g|
|melted butter or margarine||225g|
|chocolate drops or flakes||125g|
Ingredients for the filling/topping
Use an electric whisk to mix the melted fat with the eggs for around 10 seconds. Then add the powdered cake mix and the chocolate, and whisk again with the electric whisk at medium-high speed for around 90 seconds. Pour the mix into a buttered tray and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
