Our Recipes rice-flour chocolate drop pancakes

Ingredients
Molino Soncini Cesare stone-milled rice flour	240g
milk	120ml
sugar	2 tablespoons
egg	1, lightly beaten
salt	1⁄2 teaspoon
baking powder	2 teaspoons

Ingredients for the filling/topping

80g chocolate drops, 2 teaspoons cooking oil

Recipe:

Mix the rice flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Beat in the milk until mixture has a smooth consistency. Add the beaten egg and oil, and the chocolate drops, and mix until blended.
Add a little oil to a pan, and cook on medium heat, turning only once.
