Lactose-free angel cake

Ingredients
Molino Soncini Cesare Lactose-free Soft Cake Mix450 g
melted butter or margarine225 g
eggs4

Ingredients for the filling/topping

Recipe:

Use an electric whisk to mix the melted fat with the eggs for around 10 seconds. Then add the powdered cake mix and whisk again with the electric whisk at medium-high speed for around 90 seconds. Pour the mix into a buttered oven tray and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
