rice-flour chocolate drop pancakes
|Molino Soncini Cesare stone-milled rice flour||240g|
|egg||1, lightly beaten|
|baking powder||2 teaspoons|
Ingredients for the filling/topping
80g chocolate drops, 2 teaspoons cooking oil
Mix the rice flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Beat in the milk until mixture has a smooth consistency. Add the beaten egg and oil, and the chocolate drops, and mix until blended. Add a little oil to a pan, and cook on medium heat, turning only once.
