Ingredients
egg1
Jamaican rum10 drops
Molino Soncini Cesare Bread Line Wholemeal flour230g
partially-skilled milk50 ml
brown sugar100g
sunflower oil20 ml
Goji berries30 g
blueberries30 g
cake yeast1/2 sachet

Ingredients for the filling/topping

Recipe:

Place the Goji berries to soak in some water in a small bowl. Place the flour, sugar, egg, oil, milk and the rum in the mixing bowl of your dough-maker, and work them all together with the whisk until a smooth soft dough forms (naturally, you can mix these ingredients together by hand). Add the drained Goji berries and the redberries, and work again until all the ingredients are well mixed and the dough is nice and compact.
Remove pieces of the dough, and form them into balls the size of a walnut. Squeeze each slightly, and place in a baking tray lined with baking foil. Brush each one with some milk and bake at 200°C for 15/20 minutes. Once baked, remove from the oven and leave to cool on a wire-rack before serving.
