King's cherry cake

| Molino Soncini Cesare stone-milled Rice flour | 150g | 
| almond flour | 100g | 
| butter | 150g | 
| icing sugar | 200g | 
| candied red cherries, plus one green one | 12 | 
| medium-sized eggs | 4 | 
| milk | a few spoonfuls, if needed | 
Ingredients for the filling/topping
Recipe:
Whisk the butter and icing sugar together until they form a paste, add the eggs one at a time, then adding the rice flour, and after then the almond flour: stir it all together (add a little of the milk if it becomes too dense). Pour half into a 20cm baking tray, with a green cherry in the middle, pour the rest of the mix over it and add the rest of the cherries. Bake at 180°C for around 40 minutes.

Che dire di questa farina,ideale per dolci morbidi e friabili,adatta anche per ricette gf!!
