2016 Food & Hospitality Africa Fair

Gianfranco Soncini, our Managing Director, attended the 2016 Food & Hospitality Africa Fair, from 3-5 May, and with our specialist cooks, took the opportunity to organise a brief Pizza School, to demonstrate how to make genuine Italian pizza and focaccia using our dedicated flours. Dozens of attendees from across Africa took the time to see how easy it is to make a proper Italian pizza, for retail or ho.re.ca, using our flours, and we hope that they all enjoyed the finished product.
